My car had 2 flat tires and they said that I will be ok driving with my 2 back flat tires, that was so irresponsable. If sometime happened to me, it could be a problem for Ford. The person who scheduled the appointment had no idea what I requested. After the appointment I asked for the alignment results, which is what I've received after every prior alignment, and I never received o I requested.
