After the sale I have made 3 attempts in the last 10 days to contact Damian Lambert, the person that processed all of the closing documents in order to correct a mistake he made on the purchase agreement. I left detailed messages each time asking for a call back or an email with the corrected document. NO response! This is unacceptable - especially from a company that advertises this... Below is an excerpt from the Lithia Motors (owners of Elder Ford) website. "And, of course, we wouldn't be complete without our savvy, in-house teams of car financing specialists at each Lithia dealership across the country. More than just being good with numbers, they're good with people; which makes for a zero-stress auto financing experience. We think you'll agree, that's pretty hard to find." BULL More
