My vehicle was at their collision dept., They indicated that it needed to be looked at by service beca beyond in providing quality customer service. Ended up that I needed a large repair done. He stepped through Ford's approval process and luckily it was covered through my extended warranty. Running like new. Overall service was great and a very nice and clean building my only complaint is that when the license plate was put on my car they didn’t use the pilot holes instead they drilled 2 extra holes in the building my only complaint is that when the license plate was put on my car they didn’t use the pilot holes instead they drilled 2 extra holes in the back of the car and the plate has caused some minor paint damage on the car. Eh, it was okay. It's was hard to get a update on my vehicle while it was being serviced. I went in for the free Bulter service to get recoat to protect the paint job and to check my brakes. It was drizzling outside but they didn't call me to cancel the appointment. I fell asleep but I woke up and had my eyes close and the guy at the front (Brown Hair, beard, 5,6")desk said there's no such thing recoat protection on the paint job. After about two hours of waiting for my vehicle, they didn't tell me what they did to the car. Also, it was done about for about an hour. The only I noticed when I got my car back was the inside was vacuumed which, I didn't they were going to do. Didn't had time to go back and forward with them just was happy to get out of there. More
