Our sales rep, Nicholas Roberts, was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We were there on the Sunday of football playoffs at the end of the game and the remaining workers were watching game and helpful, and professional. We were there on the Sunday of football playoffs at the end of the game and the remaining workers were watching game and cheering (very inconsiderate) while Nicholas was working on our paperwork and talking on the phone with the insurance man with us. The finance person, Carlos, seemed rushed - he actually asked to leave the office and gave the final paperwork to Nicholas to give to us without going over it with us. We called Nicholas the next morning and said we would be returning as we had questions. Nicholas said to come after noon and he would be sure things were ready. Nicholas met us when we arrived and took us to Nacar Menouni, Finance Director, who was very helpful and professional. He answered all our questions. Thanks again to Nicholas for making sure we were a satisfied customer. More
