Not a fan of the typical dealer games. That’s why I prefer CarMax. Don’t tell me you can’t give me a price only to turn around and give it to me anyway. I test drove a used jeep that I saw online. When they tried to charge me $7000 in extra fees on top of the listed price I tried to leave. After an hour I finally just said nevermind and left then they ca tried to charge me $7000 in extra fees on top of the listed price I tried to leave. After an hour I finally just said nevermind and left then they called me about 2 minutes down the road and finally offered me the price I was expecting. I then sat for 3 hours in the waiting room for the finance guy. He lied to me to upsell gap insurance and a service package, he told me I was approved for one interest rate but when I declined those extra service he magically got my rate down but said only if I do those extra packages. I ended up doing it anyway which is on me but I don't like the dishonesty. I also got home with the jeep and the next morning the check engine light came on, the abs and traction control lights as well, and the heater only blows hot on half of the vehicle. This jeep was listed as certified to have none of these issues but sold as is so now I have to get these repairs done myself. While I ended up getting the price advertised for the jeep I'm not happy with anything else that occurred with this dealership and will not be recommending it to anyone else. More
