Oil change and rotation. The quality of the work was good, however, checking in the vehicle was time consuming. I had a 12pm appointment and arrived about that time. First person looked up my appointment and took me to my service agent. While he was on the phone, he told me he was busy and it was going to be a few minutes. I asked him, “Even with an appointment?” He looked up and I feel realized the customer there was more important than his call. When I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation, he rapidly passed me to express service. That person was 3 customers deep with no help. All in all, it took close to 30 minutes before anyone even got my information. Not anything like the experience I get with Toyota when servicing my other vehicle. Daniel is the person I remember and did a great job once we got started. More
