A tad disappointed I was severely disappointed with the value they gave me for my trade in. Kelley Blue Book rated my trade-in $2,000 higher than the price they gave me I was severely disappointed with the value they gave me for my trade in. Kelley Blue Book rated my trade-in $2,000 higher than the price they gave me. Also the website showing prices for the cars was a little tricky. You had to click on a different button to show hidden disclosures about the price. I received better customer service at Brandon Ford when we bought a truck. They gave us maximum value for a trade in and worked with us to ensure that we got the price we were comfortable paying. Also the kids room was excruciatingly hot. We had two young children with us and spend a lot of time in there while we were waiting for things to get sorted out. It seemed as if there was no AC in there at all. More

When I took it the last time, there was mirror damage due to the carw I bought my truck from Elder. No other place I will. The service has been great. Very Disappointed My sales person was Chris he was the best but the finance department horrible I have never been treated in this manner he was rude and nasty acted as My sales person was Chris he was the best but the finance department horrible I have never been treated in this manner he was rude and nasty acted as if he was giving me the money to finance my car like he was doing me a favor. When I know it’s the other way around filled my title with the wrong address I was calling for a week about my tags for him not to return my call. I had to physically leave work and show up. Tried to speak with a manager about his behavior during the purchase and when my tag never came with no success. Like I said my sales person was awesome but after that the experience was horrible just got my tag today. Amazing it was returned to sender by the post office. More
