The Mechanic Brandon was amazing. I had Brandon Marchione work on my car and he was absolutely amazing. I had just purchased a used Mustang GT and wanted Ford to do an oil change. Br I had Brandon Marchione work on my car and he was absolutely amazing. I had just purchased a used Mustang GT and wanted Ford to do an oil change. Brandon pointed out several items, some I was aware of and some I was not, which need to be worked on in the future. I would highly recommend requesting Brandon to work on any vehicle and will be having him do more work for me in the future. I am very picky on who works on my vehicles and Brandon quickly proved himself! More

OK overall, but major time investment! Scheduling needs work Overall it was an ok experience but I had to go back like 4 or 5 times in 30 days which was frustrating and a waste of my time. Good deal on the truck Overall it was an ok experience but I had to go back like 4 or 5 times in 30 days which was frustrating and a waste of my time. Good deal on the truck though. I bought a new 2018 truck and negotiated some additional, basic work to be done on it - tinted windows, bed liner, running boards and later on some rims. When I bought the truck, I only received 1 key and the gas tank was not full. So I had to went back 2 days later because “the people with keys were not in today”. How does that even work? So I called a few times and did not get a call back. So I went in person and got the key, and reminded them I needed the full tank of gas which is customary, which to their credit I did get thanks to the sales person. Then I tried to schedule the tinted windows and running boards to be done. They said they didn’t have a record of that in the deal! Frustrating. So I took a picture of my contract and showed them, then they agreed. But again, this required follow up on my end which shouldn’t be the case in my opinion here. If it’s in the contract and I’m told I would get a call to schedule all this work, but have to follow up for 3 weeks, that process clearly needs improvement. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me...so they scheduled this work about 3.5 weeks after I bought the car, after a ton of calls and maybe 3-4 in person visits. They also didn’t install the bed liner which was promised so I had to go back for that too. One major concern here is in the car contract it says they had 30 days to complete the work or it wasn’t required to be done. Which is why I followed up so many times....... Then, about a month and a half later I wanted new rims. They had mentioned if rims were installed which were not endorsed by Ford it may cause issues with my warranty. So I went there to get them done. We agreed on a price around $860 total, and then I pick up my car and they say I owed another $150 or $200 bucks (don’t remember the exact amount)!! That’s not right if you ask me...but the impression I got was that they were already installed and I had no choice. So I paid. Shouldn’t have in retrospect, but I did...because at that point they were like 1.5 hours behind schedule even though they had my car since like 9 am and I left around 6/7 pm. Felt like the time there wasn’t worth saving an extra hundred or so and I just wanted it all done at this point. Then, after I got the rims installed I had to specifically ask for my old rims back! It seems to me they intended in keeping them...which is not good because they can be resold on the customer end for 500-1000 bucks. I sold mine for 500 because I just didn’t want to deal with the hassle for a few hundred more. Recommend posting on local Facebook groups to do so. Overall, ok experience but major time investment. I felt like I got a good deal for my 2018 F150 STX (30k) but it could have been much, much better scheduling wise. I think total time investment AFTER I got the car going back and forth at this point is around 8 hours just waiting around, driving back and forth and calling them. Note: I had received a call from the dealership asking about my experience and I told them the above. I was told a note was put in my customer profile I would get my car vacuumed or detailed when I went there next. When I got the rims done, about 2 weeks after that call, I specifically looked to see if either one of those things had been done - they were not. Dennis S. In sales and Dion in parts are legit and good though, recommend working with them. Dennis in particular struck me as one of those rare, genuine car sales guys you want to work with again. Recommend requesting him specifically if you buy a truck in the 30k range and have a trade in. Might take a couple hours though lol. One of the sales managers, bald guy who comes to try to “close deals” might want to work on his people skills however - almost walked out because he was a too aggressive but the sales person apologized on his behalf. I had requested information online and got a call about the requested info, and I felt like that sales manager didn’t get the memo or ignored it. I went in there to buy a car based on detailed information I gave, requested and things I wanted at the price I intended to pay, and I felt like they manager just didn’t care at all and was overaly blunt with less than ideal tact. Another observation of note is I did not get a detailed explanation of the car functions, unlike the previous cars I’ve bought elsewhere. Note: they gave me 2 rental cars while the work was being done. One day they didn’t have a rental car even though they told me they did, so I was unfortunately forced to get an Uber to and from the dealership. Again, bad planning here which cost me money. Not a lot of money, but still - it’s the principle of the matter. Hope this review doesn’t get anyone in trouble there, just my honest 2 cents! More
Very friendly I went to get my car serviced. The staff were very friendly and they didn't try to quote me an estimate for a problem that my car didn't have. While I went to get my car serviced. The staff were very friendly and they didn't try to quote me an estimate for a problem that my car didn't have. While there, Jose gave me some options on getting the most out of my car for a trade in which I found interesting. When Mitchell was working with another customer, he made sure someone could help me since he was unable to at the time. Great service. More
