The transmission on my wife's Focus has been repaired 4 times and although this is probably a design flaw it is none-the-less frustrating. Very happy with my Fusion[s]. Very dedicated salesman, Syed Ali I bought a 2018 F150. A salesman had been previously driving the car and just trashed it. It was filthy. Ali made sure it was immediately detailed. Ali orchestrated with service dept and parts to make sure everything was fixed. Ali was very dedicated to his job and very helpful. He was very good about answering his cell phone and returning calls even after the sale was complete and made me feel very comfortable if I calling him if I needed anything. Jim Brandt in financing was also very helpful and professional answering a lot of my questions . I worked with other personally who were helpful but don't know their names. The sales mgr went out of his way to greet me and introduce himself. Very friendly More

Excellent Service I always go to this dealership for any sales or service. This particular time I went there to have the Auto Butler service performed on my 2015 F150 L I always go to this dealership for any sales or service. This particular time I went there to have the Auto Butler service performed on my 2015 F150 Lariat. When i was checking in, Johanny informed me of the recall parts were in and recommended I have it fixed too. I concurred and he told me the wait time would be a few hours. He then informed me that they use Uber now instead of the shuttle service. I decided to take advantage of the service and I was impressed of the promptness. I was picked up within five minutes of both pickup and return. It was an excellent day for me. More

ruined my motor had it for over 2 months They had my truck for 2 and 1/2 months said that I needed a fuel pump charge me $2,800 at back all my engine lights came on had to take the truck back They had my truck for 2 and 1/2 months said that I needed a fuel pump charge me $2,800 at back all my engine lights came on had to take the truck back the next day long story short they run the motor in my truck then had to put a new motor in just got it back it's leaking oil everywhere they didn't refill my transmission fluid and now I have to take it back again I have left a total of 24 messages and a total of 2 return calls and a two and a half month period More
They can fix it, but have to be on top of them. They had my car for 6 days (Oil leak). Luckily, I did not need it and prepared for it.
