Terrible service On Thursday 2/22/2018, I dropped off my Ford Fusion for an air conditioning no cool issue with service advisor Chris and he told me that he will call On Thursday 2/22/2018, I dropped off my Ford Fusion for an air conditioning no cool issue with service advisor Chris and he told me that he will call me back before the end of business day. I did not receive a callback and additional my car stayed all Friday 2/23/2018 without my approval or a courtesy call from Chris. Finally after talking with Chris supervisor late Friday who promised that Chris will call me in 30 minutes which I never happened, I called back and spoke with Chris and I told him that I will decline the 2000 estimate so I will go Saturday morning at 8:00 am to pick my car. Then my car was not ready so I have to wait for over an hour. More
Bare minimum service While I did come in towards the end of the day, my initial experience felt rushed. The service technician had me out the door and in an Uber (which wa While I did come in towards the end of the day, my initial experience felt rushed. The service technician had me out the door and in an Uber (which was a poor driver) before fully going over what to expect the next day when they had a chance to look at my vehicle. I did receive multiple texts on my way home which would have required me to sign up for a text service in order to communicate with the service technician. When I called the next day to get a status on my vehicle, because I hadn't been called, I had to call multiple times and leave messages that were not returned. Fortunately the problem was a simple belt replacement. However it took longer than originally promised. (I ended up coming the next day to retrieve my vehicle.) Although the service technician did go over other issues discovered while my vehicle was repaired, I noticed the next day that my cruise control was no longer working. (The display would light up but it didn't actually function.) I called the next day to report issue it the service technician and advise that I could wait until I had an opportunity to have on one of the other issues discussed addressed to have the cruise control restored. I left a message and to date have not received a call back. More
