2017 Escape Purchase This is the 8th or 9th new car I have purchased in my lifetime and without question it was the best experience. We had been to Elder Ford in 2015 and This is the 8th or 9th new car I have purchased in my lifetime and without question it was the best experience. We had been to Elder Ford in 2015 and although we did not purchase a car at that time, we were very impressed at how well we were treated. When it came time to replace my 2006 Escape, we went back. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and worked to earn our business. It is evident that the Elder family demands customer service in their business. The purchase when very smoothly and after much research prior to walking into the dealership, the price met my expectations. I highly recommend Elder Ford of Tampa. More
