I took my car in for the Works. That was on a Wednesday. Unfortunately, on Saturday, my friends noticed that I was missing a lug nut. So, I was able to get in contact with Juan on T That was on a Wednesday. Unfortunately, on Saturday, my friends noticed that I was missing a lug nut. So, I was able to get in contact with Juan on Tuesday and he told me to come back in whenever I wanted. On Thursday I showed up and I really appreciated Juan keeping me updated while I waited and assuring me he was going to take care of my issue as quickly as he could. I felt like I wasn't waiting very long. He took a personal interest in making sure I left with all the lug nuts tightened down on my car. The extra effort he put in to get my issue fixed was really nice change from most dealer shops. It wasn't long waiting for the parts to arrive from up the street and next thing I knew, I saw Juan outside with a torque wrench. He handed me my keys and I was on able to get back on the road again.
