I felt lied to by the service center. I knew I needed a new door window motor/assembly, but they wanted to charge me 189 to tell me that. I said okay only because they said they would jus I knew I needed a new door window motor/assembly, but they wanted to charge me 189 to tell me that. I said okay only because they said they would just include it in labor. They estimated parts at $90-$150. The end price ended up being $450 for the part plus $400 for labor PLUS the $189 they said they would include. Worst part? The new motor assembly fits differently than stock, so it no longer fit the door moulding and whistled when I drove. They wanted another $1000 to fix that. I could have done this job myself for less than $200 with used parts. The only reason this is not 0 stars is, after hours or arguing, they didn't charge me the $1000 to replace one piece of rubber so it would seal properly. More

Ford maverick recall, however a 3 day repair not approved for a rental car. Very difficult to figure out how to schedule as phone staff did not know what or how to schedule/order parts. Had to go in person t for a rental car. Very difficult to figure out how to schedule as phone staff did not know what or how to schedule/order parts. Had to go in person to get it scheduled. Then later was told once part came in that it’s a one day repair so no need for a rental car. Then once dropped off, was told a 5 day repair no rental car approved for a recall. Not sure what gets approved at that point. Hard to plan around with this amount of misinformation. I do recommend the group once the work gets started, as they picked up my car from the house and completed it in a 2-3 day period given how unpleasant the scheduling experience was. More

Luis in Quick Lane is a joy to work with and does a great job checking on what is needed to be done soon and if it is close he always try’s to get it done so I don’t have to come back in 3 weeks.
