Service was good Dan seemed to make an honest effort to solve my issues. I was disappointed with the Ford company. My truck has a known safety issue but there hasn’t been a recall on the part so I was out solve my issues. I was disappointed with the Ford company. Totally chaotic disorganized and unprofessional operation. I came to have a damaged wheel rim replaced. They ordered it and I paid for it. I was told we will call you when we receive it and schedul operation. I came to have a damaged wheel rim replaced. They ordered it and I paid for it. I was told we will call you when we receive it and schedule an appointment to install it. No call for a week. When I called to check on it I was told it has been here! Why didn’t you bother to call me?? I scheduled an appointment to have it installed. When I went to the service department I was told you need to go to the parts department to pick it up and bring it yourself. I went there and the salesman put a large heavy box in front of me. Just take it! I struggled to carry it and load it in my trunk ( I am 68 years old ). This considerate gentleman watched me struggle to open the door while carrying the large heavy box without offering any help. He did not even get off his b… and open the door so I can get out. I went back to the service department to be told that I have to take the part to the tire center across the street! You expect when you order a part and schedule a service appointment to have it ready to be installed not to work as a delivery man and transfer the part twice!! After all that I spent 2 hours there waiting for a job which should take less than half an hour. No communication or explanation from the service agent. When I expressed my displeasure with the long wait despite having an appointment, instead of a kind apology I received rude attitude and was told the appointment only means that the job will be finished today! This is undoubtedly the most unprofessional dealership I have ever visited. More
