Buying process was fine (out of town buyer, bought car over the phone and had car shipped by the dealer). problems started when I transferred funds. Dealer personnel pass the buck from department to department and no one seems to be accountable for processing the title. Furthermore, car arrived scratched and have had little to no assistance trying to get their shipper to provide feedback on the insurance claim. Their post-sale service is worthless. More

Daniel Alicea was not helpful and wouldn’t return phone calls for days. The truck sat at the service center for 4 days before a technician looked at it. I called 5 days later to see if truck was done but it wasn’t ever started on. More

I had a wonderful experience with elder Ford, the staff and the service is beyond what I would expect. Nowadays you have to realize that society has changed and since covid-19 everything is gone worse but and the service is beyond what I would expect.
