I've used my dealership for not only routine maintenance, any recalls, and service, but also to install items to customize my car. The drive to the dealership is 100 miles round-trip. I had an appointment on a recent Monday to have issues with 2 items from a prior appointment addressed/corrected. One of those was the re-application of decals which were done improperly the first time. They couldn't do it that day. They called me late the next day to make an appointment for the following morning to correct it. I drive over only to find out it's not the decal guy who works with the body shop crew, but the same guy who'd initially done the work and that he couldn't do it. Certainly they must have discussed it with him to set up the appointment prior to calling me to come back in. He would have been familiar with the job because it wasn't too long since he'd applied the decals originally, so why decide only after I drive over there that you can't do it? A few days later I get a survey request, but I called their customer service agent to discuss my displeasure with the way the whole appointment went. She said she would email the service manager, service advisor, and whoever else about our discussion and that I would hear from someone soon. That hasn't happened and given that they haved replied to my various voicemails and emails maybe 5% of the time since I bought the car there, I hold no belief that I will be contacted by anyone. Prior to this, I always considered the service I'd received there to be quite good (excluding the frequent lack of returning calls or replying to emails). I will most likely give dealerships much closer to home a try for my service needs and use all those miles I would otherwise put on going back there for maintenance and service for more fun driving experiences. What a shame! Their Quick Lane service is quite good. More

I cannot even put this into words and I've waited quite some time to write this review. My service advisor claimed I needed an "emissions cleaning" because the reasoning for me bringing my cat in the first some time to write this review. My service advisor claimed I needed an "emissions cleaning" because the reasoning for me bringing my cat in the first place was the canister purge valve went back. Come to find out, I was charged $199.95 for an optional service that wasn't needed and wouldn't be recommended until the 60,000 mile maintenance. It just goes to show that what I'm used to by being from Detroit where you never know who works at which of the "big three" doesn't matter to snake oil salesmen. My windshield wiper blade was stolen as well and now I have two different aftermarket blades, one I paid $33 for and one this location gave me. More
