I brought our 2016 T250 in because it would go over 10mph. I got an estimate for over 9k and no verbal communication at all, just a video. I got it back on the road at another shop for $75. I brought my My 2023 F150 about five times I’m still currently having problems with my truck the last time I went to pick it up the Service advisor told me that he couldn’t give me my paperwork and I to currently having problems with my truck the last time I went to pick it up the Service advisor told me that he couldn’t give me my paperwork and I told him I was not leaving without my paperwork typed up also he refused to give me all of my paperwork and even lied about nothing was wrong with my truck I’ve been having electrical problems, screens, going, blank, plug-ins working and not working. My Air damdamn system was system was not working properly which Can cause my truck to overheat. I’ve had a battery replaced , my Approach lights was cut off and when I brought it in, he said that I told him to do that that wasn’t true. He left them off to make me think that I didn’t have any more problems with my truck i told my service advisor which I’ve been working with for quite a while that my lights going off and on, even if I’m not near the truck every time I tell him he would make excuses also I told him about my gas gauges was not reading properly. My truck has been down quite a bit. also, they would reset my computer back to factory and I had to reset everything before I could pull off from the dealership every time I bring it in they kept resetting the computer which in the process one of my modules fail on the computer system I also had to replace the parts for the mechanism which is used to put my truck in park or drive or etc. i’ve been having problems with my gas gauges, which I’m still having the same problem I’ve had problems with my computer where I could not start my truck with With my Ford app on my phone or my key I feel like they’re playing games with me and I don’t have time to play games because I have to work to pay for the truck and also take care of other obligations that I have in my life. This is very distracting. Thank you More

I made an appointment for a Friday so work can be completed on my truck, and i can pick it up Saturday before close since i need my truck for work on Monday. Before finalizing my appointment i wanted to verify with the service advisor that this will be possible, i was assured yes it was. When i get to elder day of my appointment , the service advisor says i have to leave my truck over the weekend because the tech that was scheduled isn’t working Saturday. So i left work early, had a friend meet me to take me home just to get there and find out that this was a complete waste of time. More
We have been disappointed in the issues we have had after purchasing our 2020 Ford Certified Escape. There was a bird nest in the engine that was not removed during detailing, wipers that came off driving purchasing our 2020 Ford Certified Escape. There was a bird nest in the engine that was not removed during detailing, wipers that came off driving home after purchase in the rain, muffler issue, dead battery after 5 months and a bad sway bar. As a Ford certified vehicle, we feel we did not get the level of Ford quality we have had in the past. I will say that we have had great service provided by Mike H our service contact. He has worked tirelessly to fix the problems with the up most professionalism. More
Extremely slow. Have been twice now. Oil change alone took 3 hours. Oil change and swapping an electrical plug took 8.5 hours. Both trips should have been less tha Have been twice now. I can understand the plug swap taking longer…but they literally had a service note for those plugs and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do to fix it. Still took over 8 hours Then they saw a tire had a nail in it but they couldn’t fix it. Gave me my truck back with 15psi left in the tire and expected me to drive off 🤦♂️🤦♂️ (fyi they filled it up after I asked them to and it’s made it a month without needing any air so they literally drained the air out of the tire and never replaced it…) More
