Payed for extended warranty with th xx butler service. Told at closing it a yearly detail. Took 2 months to get appointment, had my truck for 6hrs. All they did was take it to car wash. I was told multiple times to complete a survey and to give 5 stars. I was shown a document indicating how to give 5 stars. I was told how bad not giving 5 stars would be.
