Buyer Beware. Bought vehicle from them and took it to their "disservice" department and turns out a bolt on the lower swing arm was severed, thankfully I bought a Bought vehicle from them and took it to their "disservice" department and turns out a bolt on the lower swing arm was severed, thankfully I bought an extended warranty that covered it. After they replaced lower control arm, coilovers, and struts it sounded like an old fashion wagon and squeaked over ever bump or turn. Took it back and they said the uppers he did replacing this time which they warranted out and replaced. Got it back, and it sounded worse. Took it back they greased everything up and it still sounded the same but now you feel it in the steering wheel. Took it back and after a week, they said to take it to another shop for them to check it, which I did, and they quickly found the issue… The struts and lower control arm were installed incorrectly and damaged the bushings and the struts. Elder disservice department refused to take responsibility and fix the issue because they couldn't warranty out the parts again. They had the vehicle over two months and destroyed the front end that the warranty company paid for. Are you listening national auto warranty? They replaced parts that weren't damaged or needing repair. Sales folks are good, but their vehicles, service after the sale, and service dept are undeniably terrible (zero stars). More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE ! !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership 5 weeks ago and it was the worst experience that I've ever had. The only reason I brought the car was !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership 5 weeks ago and it was the worst experience that I've ever had. The only reason I brought the car was that I couldn't find another one like it within my vicinity. I should have waited but unfortunately, I had to use a loan that I had before it expired. The sales manager was very unprofessional. He tried to get me to sign a blank piece of paper stating I would buy the car but didn't want to put down the terms on the paper that we agreed to. He wanted me to trust him "Really". When he finally put the terms in writing we both signed it. Now, one of the terms was that I would receive a full coverage warranty in the price that we agreed upon. I've literally driven the car 3 times and one of those times was from the dealership. I have only put 80 miles on the car and I already had to replace the starter because it went out. I found out that I was only given a powertran warranty which doesn't cover the starter, alternator, etc. When I tried to call the salesman, he said he would call back but never did. I'm still waiting. I had to replace the starter myself. These people are very shady, and they don't care about you. Be careful because they will try to bully you into buying a car and I'm telling you the sales manager that I dealt with was very, very rude and unprofessional. "DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM" You will regret it as I'm doing now. More

The very next day the sales manager asked me if I was going to come down. Yet, AGAIN, the car wasn't ready. My sales person did inform me that it was ready. Yet even though listed online, the vehicle sold. This dealership lacks clear communication within the dealership itself. I kept being misinformed. DO NOT recommend. More
⭐ Review for Elder Mitsubishi – Cedar Park DO NOT DESERVE 1 star even But won’t let do that!!! This dealership was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They spent weeks promising I’d be DESERVE 1 star even But won’t let do that!!! This dealership was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They spent weeks promising I’d be approved with zero down, pushing me nonstop to come in, and swearing I’d “drive away today.” None of it was true. After dragging me there under false promises, they left me stranded at night, knowing I have serious health issues. I ended up walking nearly 10 miles home in the dark. Their response? “Good luck.” Misleading, careless, and completely indifferent to customer safety. I wouldn’t trust them with anything. More
I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any dealership service center. Genuinely 0 stars, avoid at all costs trust me. Beyond shady business. Will be reporting to the BBB. Not only is there dealership service center. Genuinely 0 stars, avoid at all costs trust me. Beyond shady business. Will be reporting to the BBB. Not only is there a MAJOR lack of urgency, care, professionalism and don’t even get me started on the lack of communication. They ALSO lack mechanical knowledge as well. I came in with a crankshaft sensor code (p0420) - took them a week to figure out what I already told them the issue was. Then of course there’s “problems along the way” they replace that & do a tune up (now 2 1/2 weeks later) and I have a blown motor! Go figure. Motor was in perfect mechanical condition before the car was in their hands. Then I’m forced to pay for a new motor due to their screw up(s) and at this point the car has been in their possession a month. Curtis then “works a deal” out- although it should’ve been free. So instead of paying $8,000 and some change I paid $5,600 and some change. With a 1 year warranty on the motor and 1 1/2 months in their possession I finally get the car back. Guess what? ISSUES! I now have a rear main seal leak due to their negligence & have called and called and called and I still get the run around. No ones called me back- Curtis is a professional xxxxxxxxxxx and every time I ask to speak to management they flat out tell me no or transfer me and then I’m on hold till the call drops. I’ve talked to other people and they’ve had similar experiences with an oil change taking up to a week or parts installed completely incorrectly. Truly baffled by the lack of professionalism. Now I have a car with a refurbished used motor with a rear main seal leak which costs another $2000 I don’t have to repair- they’ve since ghosted me and won’t even give me any sort of communication about the warranty I paid an extra $600 for. Screw Mitsubishi. More
I wrote to them four times in one week, but still haven't received a single reply. My messages weren't fake. This dealership has no ethics and practices deceptive bussiness tactics. My wife and I went to look at vehicles . We were pre approved for a few different options . A 2021 white tesla model 3 being one o bussiness tactics. My wife and I went to look at vehicles . We were pre approved for a few different options . A 2021 white tesla model 3 being one of them. We drove the car ,liked it and started negotiating down payment and price as per usual transactions go . We were sent a link to verify our application for credit . The application showed a 2018 tesla model 3 , we notified our sales rep that it says 2018 not 2021. We were assured it would be corrected before being fully submitted . After a little more negotiating involving the bank they told us we are good to go and instructed us to make sure we had full coverage insurance so we could drive it off the lot. They sales rep gave me the Vin number for the 2021 tesla model 3 and verified as I bought the insurance for the car. As we were wrapping up the final details a sales guy comes to the desk to tell us there was a mistake and we were approved for a blue 2018 tesla model 3, he tried to spin this as a good thing because it has less miles. They encouraged us to look at it , they purposed the idea of driving it home for the weekend and we can re address on Monday. We refused to take the older blue vehicle off the lot . We told both sales person that we alerted them to the mix up right away , the only response we receive from them was yeah we messed up , its pretty much take it or leave it. This is a text book scenario of vehicle misrepresentation , fraud and deceitful business practices. They used the 2021 to show us and negotiate a deal then switched to a 2018 under the same negotiated terms. We will be filling official complaints with the governing organizations that are established to protect consumers against instances exactly like this. Before writing this review and filing official complaints with TXDMV, FTC, BBB and the texas attorney general , I reached out to the dealership to see if they wanted to try to correct the situation. The only response I got was being pressed for even more of a down payment. The dealership acknowledged that the antics of misrepresentation were not right but I pretty much got the same response of take it or leave it. I encourage everyone who's been mislead by this establishment to file complaints with the TXDMV, FTC, BBB and tx attorney general More
