Great experience I had a great experience with Elite. The car was in amazing shape, I haven't seen one in as good condition for the year. When I first went to look at the car, I got caught in traffic and arrived pretty close to closing time but the staff stuck around and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole process was very easy, it wasn't high pressured, I got a fair value on my trade in and each person on the staff was friendly and accommodating. I live in Maryland but happened to be visiting family down in Virginia when I decided I wanted a new vehicle after a deployment. I had already been in contact with the dealership. I made a deal via phone and drove up the same day in which the vehicle was already to go and awaiting my arrival. Steve happened to be the staff member I was dealing with and I appreciate his professionalism and flexibility. I arrived maybe 30 minutes before they closed but the staff members that were involved in my deal stayed until everything was complete. I really appreciate everyone and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More
