Nissan of Bergenfield has been easy to do business with since I purchased my car from them about 11 months ago. They continued to perform in their service department with an easy to use appointment schedu since I purchased my car from them about 11 months ago. They continued to perform in their service department with an easy to use appointment scheduling program (phone or web based) and consistent follow up through reminder notices and coupons. They have a rewards program that builds points each time I use them for service. I just had my 15,000 mile service done on Monday with no appointment -- I was in and out in two hours (it's faster when I've got an appointment -- that was my own fault). I like their dealership and would recommend them to my friends and family. More

I just bought a 2012 Altima and I've been calling around to get labor estimate on installation for the Ipod interface. I came across Nissan Bergenfield and I spoke to a lovely girl name Tammy. She was very to get labor estimate on installation for the Ipod interface. I came across Nissan Bergenfield and I spoke to a lovely girl name Tammy. She was very helpful and gave me an estimate of $165 for parts (exact amount on the Nissan website) and labor for $115. I was very pleased with the estimate so I made an appointment. When I came in for my appointment, it was a nightmare. Gentleman at the front desk thought I was crazy when I said I had an appointment for the installation. Seemed like they weren't expecting me. When they finally took my car in, they came over and told me that this is their first time doing this installation. Also they mentioned to me that parts will be $200 (website price is $165) and labor will take 3-4 hours so their price for installing it is $480. That's a total of $680!! I wasn't told that price when I spoke to Tammy over the phone (she even spoke to her service manager). Thank you for wasting two hours of my life! More

I used to take the car to the Hackensack dealership and was very unhappy with the wait time and staff. Someone had recommended the Bergenfield dealership and I made an appointment for servicing. I've stayed with Bergenfield and have highly recommended the facility. When my lease is up, I will be returning to Bergenfield for a new vehicle and will continue to use the service facility as well. It's a great facility, friendly and convenient and I've never had a problem with the work done on the car. They go out of their way to make it convenient for me to have the car serviced there. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. You really can't ask for more. More

I was looking for a car for my sister for about 2 weeks. After looking around some Nissan dealerships and not being happy with the way we were treated(completely ignored when walking into showrooms) and pri After looking around some Nissan dealerships and not being happy with the way we were treated(completely ignored when walking into showrooms) and pricing (false advertisements)we requested a price quote on the internet and received a call from Marilyn Batres of Nissan of Bergenfield within 10 minutes, she set up an appointment for a test drive the very next day. Me and my sister walked into the dealership still wary about our past experiences. As we walked through the door, the receptionist greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately called for Bert Wilson (our salesperson). Bert inquired about our needs and then we preceeded to check out a couple of vehicles. My sister was still undecided if she wanted a certified pre owned Nissan Rogue or a New Nissan Juke. Bert allowed my sister to test drive both and in the end my sister still could not decide on what she wanted, so she requested a couple of days to make her decision. At no point did she feel pressured to make a decision on the spot, but she knew that if she was to buy a car it would be from Nissan of Bergenfield because of the friendliness of the entire dealership staff and especially Bert Wilson. After 5 days of thinking on what she wanted my sister decided she was ready to make her purchase, so we ended back at Nissan of Bergenfield. My sister decided to purchase the Nissan Juke and chose the SV model, next thing was pricing, thats where Milton (manager) stepped in, we discussed the pricing for a few minutes and and agreed on a price that we were comfortable with and finished the purchase within half an hour. Shortly after that, we recieved an email from Marilyn thanking us for the purchase which was very kind. As we walked out of the door, we discussed what a wonderful experince we had at the dealership, from Marilyn to the receptionist to Bert, to Milton and finally the finance manager. We decided that we would strongly recommend this dealership to any friends or family who wanted to purchase a Nissan vehicle. We both strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking about a Nissan vehicle for both friendliness of the staff and pricing. More
