I didnt feel extreme pressure from him, like I did with every other person I came into contact in there. Hence the reason I returned THREE times. I ended up with a great price, a great car, and great end-to-end service with Aaron. I could have done without everyone else I saw. I was explicitly told that they would take care of my final lease payment, which was the ONLY reason I returned to the dealership. That was not indeed true. I was charged for my final month lease, meanwhile, my car had been turned in and sitting in their lot. I have, in WRITING, them saying that they would take care of my lease payment, but I guess I got the wool pulled over my eyes during the finance process. More

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel who was able to find a car that checked everything off my list and thoroughly answered all my questions. It was the first day of my car search so I wasn't planning on getting a car but I couldn't leave without it after the test drive. I can't recall the names of the other employees who assisted us but they were all professional and kind. Since we cut into their closing time I wasn't expecting to receive as great of service as we did. Thank you to the staff for making a stressful situation run so smoothly. More
