The vehicle I wanted even arrived early. I told them when I could be there, Mark had already done my paperwork and I was in and out in less than 3 hours including another test drive and all with no surprises including all the way through finance. Mark even took the time to walk me through all the controls and set up my Bluetooth before I left.
