My final choice came down to the Subraru CrossTrek. I went through the Internet service working with Pam Verduzco. I did everything with her through the Internet and it was the easiest and greatest time I have ever purchased a vehicle.was the . She sent me photos and information of the cross treks she had in inventory that matched the features I wanted. I reviewed them and saw the one that was a dream, right down to the color. Pam negotiated a very fair price with me and took in all my concerns for financing. I drove down to Elk Grove Subraru the next evening (from the North Western slopes of the Sierras of the North Eastern-tip of Yuba County). Pam was very gracious even upon my arriving late. She had everything ready. We went over all the paperwork, taking time to make sure I understood the details of everything and be sure that all my requests were met. Then of course I then was taken into Michael for the finalization of the contract. He was already up to speed and was already for me also. We went over the sales to be sure everything was the same, I signed the docs and was out the door. It was a snap and the people and complete atmosphere was the best! I am coming back, for sure! Cebert for the WIN! Cebert, really went above and beyond to get me in a car. He felt bad that he couldn't get me in the car that I originally wanted but that was not his Cebert, really went above and beyond to get me in a car.
