Wonderful and professional My husband and I were in the market for a new car and wandered into the Subaru dealership in Elk Grove. It took a while for the sales people to notice us as they were helping other customers. We just browsed the cars and came across a suped up Impreza and I wanted to drive it. A young woman named Michelle came to help us and she was great from start to finish. She explained the ins and outs of the vehicle and even gave us a tour of the service department. She was professional and really knows her stuff! I highly recommend her to anyone! My husband and I even mentioned before getting to the dealership that it would be great if more females were in cars sales. Well, we got it and I could not be happier! More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet I wanted a new Subaru Forrester. I listen to the Car Pro Show and Elk Grove Subaru is a certified Car Pro Dealer. I emailed Mike Carlson and he got ba I wanted a new Subaru Forrester. I listen to the Car Pro Show and Elk Grove Subaru is a certified Car Pro Dealer. I emailed Mike Carlson and he got back to me immediately. I scheduled an appointment to look at models and colors. They didn't have the specific combination I wanted. However, Mike managed to have it delivered from the Bay Area the next day. I scheduled an appointment and in a little over an hour I walked out of Elk Grove Subaru with my new Jasmine Green Subaru Forrester 2.5i Touring. I was also told to call anytime if I had any questions or concerns. More
