Great customer service A good friend of ours had purchased a Subaru from David Melo, and remembered his name, so referred us to him. We called David on a busy Holiday weekend, and he immediately gave us information on the car we were looking for, and said he would love to meet us. When we pulled into the dealership, David introduced himself, and was ready to work with us, though you could tell that the dealership was very busy. We had a great experience, both with David’s initial service, and then with his Manager David Lang, who even took our 9 year old to a sandwich shop next door, and bought us lunch. We had a great experience down to the end, with Mike Lagandaon, our finance person, too. David then helped us go over our car features and details, and made sure that we felt comfortable, before we left, feeling excited about our big purchase. The service from Managers such as David, is what keeps us coming back to Subaru for our 5th Outback now!
