Mike Carlson went out of his way even at 9:30 to 10pm to return a few text on some questions we had. Great to see them taking the initiative to want to work for the customer. We arrived at Elk Grove Subaru around 6pm so that my wife could do a few test drives and we were introduced to Bruce Cunningham who took the time with my wife to Mae sure she felt comfortable and answered any questions she had. After a few test drives we decided on the 2016 Outback. Mike and Bruce took the extra time to not only answer our questions but made sure we were happy with the process. By 9:30 we drove of the lot in our new Outback. Mike in financing was very helpful as well. More
