David Lang, the sales manager, was our initial contact and he was very helpful and friendly without being pushy and aggressive. On our first visit we were just starting to look and he let us do so without any sort of hard sell and that is why we went back when we were ready to buy. Finance was friendly but was more aggressive then we were comfortable with. We had a strict budget and repeatedly refused additional products but Jeremy continued to pitch his warranties, window tinting, etc. He was very nice but it took longer than it should have. However in the end we got a great car with everything we wanted at a price we wanted and they let us make our own decisions. Everyone was very friendly and we had several follow up emails and phone calls. Definitely would recommend this dealership. More

Excellent Experience - Honest, Respectful Treatment From the moment we stepped out of our car to look at either the Forester or the Outback, we were pleased with our experience. David allowed us a minute to get situated before even approaching us and when we described to him what we were looking for, he told us what our best options were. It is obvious that he is not just a salesman but someone who honestly believes in the product he sells. He is so very knowledgable about all aspects of the cars and never talked down to us. He answered all of our questions and after we took the test drive, he worked extremely hard to help get us into the 2016 Forester that we wanted. Every step of the way, he checked in with us and told us exactly what was going on. When we ran into snags, he immediately came back and helped us get them cleared up. Jeremy in Finance was awesome to work with as well. By the end of the process, we actually felt like part of a family and when we got in the car to drive away, David gave us both genuine hugs and congratulated us on our purchase. I will have no qualms about recommending this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Awesome Professional and Ethical Experience!! I had been researching online preowned inventory for a suburu outback for my college son. I had the good fortune to send an internet inquiry and rece I had been researching online preowned inventory for a suburu outback for my college son. When I arrived I was so relieved to meet a professional business man who was well informed, customer service oriented and ethical. I test drove the preowned 2013 outback and asked many relevant questions to the vehicle performance. I then asked to drive a 2015 to compare the driveability and found the updated electronics, transmission, and performance exceeded the 2013. I felt compelled to purchase the 2015 with so much confidence because of the established trust relationship I developed with Bruce and the test drive results I experienced. We were able to reach a price I was comfrotable with and the transaction experience with Mike Carlson was easy. Mike is detailed oriented, accurate, professional and friendly. Overall a great Experience From the beginning to end this was an overall great experience. Being that I work a 9-5 I didn't really have time for endless amounts of phone call From the beginning to end this was an overall great experience. Being that I work a 9-5 I didn't really have time for endless amounts of phone calls that many of the other dealers try and push onto you. Pam was very great at recognizing this early and we had many conversations via e-mail. It didn't take her and I long to get an agreement on the price (which was great!) and the exact model I was looking for. When I went down there to make my purchase Pam picked me up from where I was staying and took me to Elk Grove to finalize everything. The whole process only took about 2.5 hours but it probably could've been an hour less if I didn't take so long inspecting the vehicle and asking questions. Pam was amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout this whole process. Now to Mike at finance, Mike was a very pleasant and down to earth man who related to me very quickly. Being that I am an Accountant I was excited to meet Mike at finance. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff and It didn't take long until we were both smiling and high-fiving each other for saving even me more money. I can not stress how great Pam and Mike were. They made my first car purchase a breeze and very stress free. I know next time I or any of my friends gets a vehicle it will be from Pam & Mike at Elk Grove Subaru. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! More
