Went to the store, drove the one we wanted - yes had only 4 miles on it - filled out paperwork - got great financing with a great term - was done in about 2 hours. Not bad considering all things that have to get done. Highly recommend Erik and Brandon - they made it simple, no haggle, no hassle, no slippery sales guy/financing guy - very up front, easy to talk to, casual, comfortable experience. He was friendly and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. We took an informative test drive and shortly thereafter were able to secure the deal. I was very happy with the price and found it lower than the estimate from Truecar.com. Allen guided me through the sale and I was out the door in a reasonable time frame. My finance manager was Mike Lagadaon. He was able to secure me with financing lower than my local credit union rate. He handled the financing process and all the required paperwork well. Overall, I am very satisfied with my Subaru purchase from Lasher Subaru in Elk Grove. More

This is my first Subaru and my first new car in 20 years, so I had a lot of questions! Mike and Eric responded promptly to my many queries over a period of 2 weeks, which allowed me to determine exactly which model and options I wanted before visiting the dealership. Mike had the car ready for me to look at as soon as we arrived, and the price negotiations and financing process couldn't have been smoother. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly, and never tried to sell me additional options or services I wasn't interested in. Once the paperwork was completed, Mike patiently went over all of the details of operating the car and its many integrated electronic features - a must for someone who has been driving a 1992 BMW with a cassette player for many years!
