After many webpages, several conversations with friends and one less than stellar trip to another Subaru dealer we headed back to Elk Grove Subaru.. They say that one person can make a difference and in this case Michelle made the sale with a five minute mini lecture on the benefits of a Subaru.. Upon our return Mike followed up with the test drive and final sale details with the same down to earth and informative personality which paved the way to our first Subaru Forester. After showing me the car and answering all of my questions, and showing me how everything worked, I noticed that my online car print out said I had navigation (something that the car didn't actually have). I was super bummed about it but overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating although they didn't do anything about the missing navigation. More

Finance Manager Mike Langandaon was kind enough to extend the unused portion of the previous car's maintenance program to the new purchase while offering us a great deal and not inflating the price.
