I was not disappointed when we were helped by a gentleman named Mut. He never pressured us into making a decision and helped us to get a great deal on our new Crosstrek! He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He let us take our time and we never felt pressured in the least. He was very well informed and couldn't have been nicer. I searched dealer inventory from Redding, CA all the way to Valencia, CA and east as far as Reno, NV. I live in the SF Bay Area, just for reference. Finally, I stumbled on a deal from another dealer. Talked to every dealer to see if they can beat it and ding-ding, Elk Grove Subaru comes and saves the day. I interfaced with Mike Carlson over the internet. We exchanged expectations and sure enough, I was on my way to Elk Grove Subaru. I was greeted by Bruce Cunningham, swell gentleman. We talked over what the deal was between Mike and I, test drove the car, signed some paperwork with Mike Lagandaon and I was off! Bruce even helped me return the rental car I took to get to the dealership. Overall, very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever. I got a great deal with wonderful service from Herbie. He was so friendly and personable and not to mention quick. I was there in full less than three hours and to me that's amazing. I've spent 10+ hours buying other cars so I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the whole process was and they were busy to boot. I feel completely satisfied with my purchase and have no regrets. He said that he was very busy, but if he could not help us, he would get us to a sales associate that could handle our needs. When we arrived, we waited about 3 minutes for Zach to find us and make introductions. He referred us to Michael and the process was a pleasure. There was straight talk, laughter and a friendship formed in our visit. Zach and Michael both helped us in finalizing the deal. We made the deal, shook hands and went on our way, satisfied. On our way home we talked about what a pleasant experience that was, which is a first for us when buying a car! We will be utilizing your service department.
