Subaru was our first stop of many we had planned, but they had a number of the other car makes and models we were looking into purchasing from others so we got to try them out there. After test driving the Forester all in the family agreed it was the best and though we were originally not looking to buy yet, we started the process. They, as a team, worked tirelessly to find a way to meet what we could afford so that we got to drive home our new 'family member' the next day. Even when we were unsure that we would get the car, the staff made this experience the best and most stress free time we've ever had car searching. Would we go back? Absolutely! And we are telling everyone where to go next to have a great experience. Thank you again to the incredible Subaru team!! More

Great Experience I went in "just to look", not having a solid idea what I wanted. I had looked at the WRX previously, but wanted the hatchback version (so it looks lik I went in "just to look", not having a solid idea what I wanted. I had looked at the WRX previously, but wanted the hatchback version (so it looks like I am going to have to wait a couple of years to get one), so was deciding between the smaller SUV's - the Forester and the XV Crosstek. I met Curtis a couple minutes after I got onto the lot, and he let me talk about the features I was looking for, and pointed out different models that I could take a look at. There was no pressure to get into any one model, and I got a new 2014 XV Crosstek in the end. For the price, and the features I wanted, the car was a perfect fit. David was very clear and up front about my pricing options, term length, and with showing me the dealer invoice - made it very clear how amazing of a deal I was getting. Going into the Finance office is always a trip of trepidation, but Brandon was really easy to work with - no pressure, just helpful in pointing out the different options that I could add on, but not pressuring me to do so. Overall, this was probably the easiest, hassle free car buying experience that I have had. Highly recommend this Subaru Dealership. Top quality employees, amazing service, and the no pressure atmosphere made this experience an actual pleasure. More

Awesome Customer Service Just purchased a Subaru 2015 Legacy. I worked online with Gavin McPoil and after several emails later due to my part, we finally made it in to take a Just purchased a Subaru 2015 Legacy. I worked online with Gavin McPoil and after several emails later due to my part, we finally made it in to take a test in the Legacy and Outback. Gavin was great after just learning we had switched are minds overnight from a Forester to either a Legacy or Outback and it was no hassle for him. Gavin got both vehicles for us to test drive and there was no pressure towards either one and we are totally happy with the Legacy. Everyone made us feel comfortable as we waited to sign the papers and the facility was very warm and welcoming. Since we were trading in our 2001 Outback and it felt like a family member leaving that they took very good care of it and everyone was impressed on how well maintained the car was in which made it easy to depart with but still sad to leave it behind. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Subaru. More
