We had been disappointed several times in the last month We had gone to a Roseville Subaru dealership and experienced the worst classic car lot treatment. We left there knowing what we wanted and started looking online. After calling Lasher and explaining what we were looking for we were told we would be called back. Nothing until David Deleon called asking if were were still interested in a Subaru. After explaining what we wanted and the price we wanted David promised to look into it. David called back explaining that they had a car for us in a dealer trade and asking when we could be there. It took only 4 hours after David got involved for us to be told our car was waiting for us. We drove down the next morning to complete the deal. After trying to buy for a month it was worked out in a matter of hours by your great staff. David Deleon made our purchase happen and the rest of the staff completed the purchase. We drove down from Nevada County and IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE ! More

At the dealership, everyone was friendly, laid-back and professional. I paid exactly the price they quoted and no one tried to pressure me into any additional costs. Bruce even called the next day to make sure I got home safely and that the car worked to my satisfaction, which it definitely did. I think I'm the only person I know who has actually had a pleasant and positive experience buying a car. I wish every dealership operated like this one. I give it my highest recommendation. More
