Of all of them, only Mike Carlson at Elk Grove Sub After several weeks of research I contacted several area dealerships via email for info and price. Of all of them, only Mike Carlson at Elk Grove Subaru was super fast and responsive. He understood what I expected and went straight to pricing that I was happy with, no BS, no pressure to move to a higher package model. After getting no equivalent service or offer from the others, I called him and with nothing more than an "I'm on my way" he had the car I wanted pulled up and ready. I walked in and he led me through the process with zero hassle, and no effort on my part. I was made comfortable and had some great conversation while he quickly got my deal put together. I also worked with Jeremy Remillard in finance who provided yet again more excellent service. He was personable and advised me of all my options without pressure. I had a great conversation with him while he quickly stepped through the paperwork. I was out of there with a couple of handshakes and a great experience. I would give EGS and Mike and Jeremy 6 stars if I could! More

He was very knowledgeable, understood my specific needs and helped with all my questions. After a few test drives and looking at all the available external and internal options, I finally made a decision. They were able to locate the exact car I wanted within a short amount of time. Hassle free and very friendly it was an excellent experience, I will defiantly refer others to Elk Grove Subaru. More

What a surprise Although we were in the market for a new Outback, we didn't go to Elk Grove Subaru to buy one. We were planning to buy through the Costco Car Purchas Although we were in the market for a new Outback, we didn't go to Elk Grove Subaru to buy one. We were planning to buy through the Costco Car Purchase program. Went to Elk Grove to check out the color options. Fortunately I had called ahead and talked to Gavin McPoil, there internet sales manager, and made an appt to come in. The relaxed atmosphere, great selection and expert sales service got us to the point of asking for a price on the Outback of our choosing. I expected it to be above the Costco price, but what a surprise - it was lower! The deal was confirmed even though I hadn't brought my check and we drove it home on faith. Couldn't be happier with the car, the service or the price. Highly recommend Gavin and Elk Grove Subaru. More

We would recommend him to anyone. He stayed with us an hour after closing, to help us sync our cell phones with our new car, and to make sure we knew how to use the bells and whistles. We walked out with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and are nothing but pleased with our experience, and with our new car! More
