John Tran & the whole gang were awesome Stopped by with the kids to check out the new 2015 Outback, trying to determine if I should get a used one or a new one. John Tran casually introduced himself and listened very well to me. I didn't feel any pressure at all, he really was just answering my questions. In the end I was more sure than ever about wanting a pre-2015 Outback, and he negotiated a price for a new 2014 very nicely to what we could actually afford. I appreciated how he didn't hassle me about anything, and was patient with my rambunctious kids. Definitely had a good experience, and after our other car's lease is up I think we'll head back. More
