We purchased a new WRX and the following day, I took the Subi up to Sierra at Tahoe (complementary tickets from Subaru) and came into a finance team. I was met with professionalism and understanding from start to finish. Bruce heard me - offered to see what they could offer me on my trade in before running my credit report, this was very kind. They came back with offer of high Kelly Blue book and rolled over my negative equity. They even met my payment limit. Working with Jeremy in finance was equally rewarding, honest and straight forward. Honestly I cannot recall a time when I bought a car and didn't on some level feel taken.
