I recently purchased a new 2014 Subaru Outback with the help of Chris Fuelner and Rod Kiehm. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful in helping me select a car that fit my needs and budget. They were considerate, professional and communicated very effectively. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Overall, purchasing this vechicle was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend either of these gentlemen. I am very happy with the Subaru Outback and plan on keeping this vechicle for a long time. Recently purchased a 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek, after having purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza last year. Neither of us is fond of the "car buying experience", but dealing with Saun Mir, and several othe having purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza last year. Neither of us is fond of the "car buying experience", but dealing with Saun Mir, and several other folks at Elk Grove Subaru, made the event much easier. Everyone there was very patient with our endless questions and issues -- including having to amend our contract. Wonderful folks to deal with. Reaching a decent price was easy. We did not feel pressured in any way, ever. Saun was very personable, friendly, and bent over backwards to help us out with every single thing that came up. It was getting late in the day when the vehicle was detailed, and they overlooked a couple of things, but we easily remedied those at home. No worries. Great experience -- about as good as buying a car can be! More

I asked questions that were important to me in a new car purchase...about the car itself... and some of the responses turned out not to be true. I don't know if the sales person was ignorant about the car purchase...about the car itself... and some of the responses turned out not to be true. I don't know if the sales person was ignorant about the car or if he was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear so I would by the car. After I bought the car and figured out what I was told about the car was untrue, they kept saying they would make it right and after many emails, calls and a couple more visits, they still did not do anything. They seem to understand that I was misinformed and they kept saying they wanted to make it right, but nothing was ever done. Never had this kind of problem when I bought cars new in the past (Honda's). More
