Marissa Anderson is awesome. She's super friendly, communicative, and very knowledgeable about the Subaru stock. She was extremely helpful in helping me figure out which vehicle I wanted and demonstr communicative, and very knowledgeable about the Subaru stock. David Deleon in Financing was also very friendly and helpful, and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. In about three hours from my arrival (including a trade-in) I was driving off the lot in my new car, which is amazing. I was looking around the entire Bay Area and the Peninsula to find the best deal on a 2021 Outback Onyx XT. I had a difficult time finding one in the color I wanted. I received about 4 quotes (I kep Peninsula to find the best deal on a 2021 Outback Onyx XT. I had a difficult time finding one in the color I wanted. I received about 4 quotes (I kept them all confidential) with delivery dates of 2-3 months for the car. Marissa made me by far and wide the best offer and found me the exact color (including the package upgrades) that I wanted and had it at the dealership within two days. I went up to buy it and when you walk into the door at Elk Grove Subaru, everyone is genuinely nice and helpful. I never felt rushed. I felt comfortable asking questions and found Marissa to be totally informed. She even showed me the settings in my car that she used a lot in her Subaru. Those tips were super helpful for the drive home! All of this just removed the stress out of buying a new car for me. I live in Oakland, about 100 miles from Elk Grove but I made them my dealership for maintenence because I am so impressed with the quality of their service, thanks again Marissa! More

The internet manager responded to my request for a quote on the exact color that we wanted. Unfortunately, our experience at that dealership was horrible. She did not pass on all the details on my auto trad on the exact color that we wanted. Unfortunately, our experience at that dealership was horrible. She did not pass on all the details on my auto trade-in to the salesman we dealt with the next day and so that delayed our time at the dealership. The salesman then was evasive and mispresented the time we would have to wait for the Finance Manager. He also did not explain the maintenance program on the car and so that was extra time with the Finance Manager. The Finance manager was extremely helpful. They are the reason that people distrust car salesmen. We're happy with our car but will not return to that dealership. More
