4-15-19 Forester Touring Purchase 4-15-19 I bought from Elk Grove Subaru a 2019 Subaru Forester. It’s the Touring model in the color Sepia. It’s what I was searching for. I did my home 4-15-19 I bought from Elk Grove Subaru a 2019 Subaru Forester. It’s the Touring model in the color Sepia. It’s what I was searching for. I did my homework before the purchase. I wanted a small to midsize SUV w/some room & “bells & whistles.” It’s primarily for 3 passengers, me, my 15 yr old 6’5” son (he needs the Foresters headroom), & our chocolate lab. I checked out Fords, Chevys, Toyota’s, Honda’s, Nissans, Hyundai, Lexus, etc. After deciding on the make and model I checked inventories using Kelley Blue Book. Then I used nearby dealership websites & their “Contact” links. I contacted Maita Subaru first. I waited 5 days for a response. No one responded. I contacted Elk Grove Subaru next. Within a few hours of completing the contact inquiry their Curtis Jare, an Internet Sales Reps called me. They had just received the Forester I was looking for. Over the phone & in a text Curtis offered me a price below the invoice prices listed by Kelley Blue Book & Edmunds. That day I went & saw it. It still had on it the white plastic used to protect the paint during transport from the manufacturer, & still packaged were the headrests, floor mats, cargo cover & cargo net, etc. I worked with Curtis & Elk Grove Subaru’s Finance Rep Dave De Leon. Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, & neither pressured me in any way. What I wasn’t happy with is the time it took to complete the purchase & drive away with the car. It’s been the same with every new car I’ve bought, & I’ve purchased MANY brand new cars. All took more time than it should & could take. Especially when a buyer knows what they want & they know what they’re doing. Dealerships could & should improve the way options are sold. Every dealership should be aboveboard & buyer friendly when it comes to offering extended warranties, window tinting, etc. In every other way I give Elk Grove Subaru an “A” rating for my car buying experience. More

Total Satisfaction I live in Sacramento and was looking for a Subaru, but was not happy with my local dealers, primarily Maita. After some exstensive research, I found t I live in Sacramento and was looking for a Subaru, but was not happy with my local dealers, primarily Maita. After some exstensive research, I found that Elk Grove Subaru was very highly rated, and despite the distance and dealing with Hwy 99, I decided to try them. It was a fantastic decision. I was greeted right at the door by Art, one of the sales people. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, and most importantly he knew his cars. He spent hours with me making sure I found exactly the right vehicle for my needs - I was looking at new, but found a used low mileage 2017 Outback that had the same exact features of as the 2019, but was $1000's less. Mike and the finance dept. were also amazing, and I was surprised when they found a low interest loan that blew my mind. Everyone at that location is very helpful and friendly, and it was the best car buying experience of my life. I highly recommend them, and I would definitely ask for Art. More

We had previously looked at vehicles at t My husband and I recently purchased a car through Mike Carlson at Elk Grove Subaru and couldn't be happier. We had previously looked at vehicles at the Auburn and Roseville dealership and located the car we wanted. After working with someone in sales at Roseville and test driving the car, that salesman was not able to meet the price we were looking for on the car we wanted. Mike not only beat that price, but was willing to trade a car to another dealership in the bay to get us what we wanted after being told by Auburn and Roseville the car was no longer available. Because of his willingness to accommodate us and time constraints on our end, we ended up upgrading to a higher trim level on a car he had in stock after he was able to get us amazing pricing on it. Mike was out of the office when we came in, but set us up with Pam Verduzco to finish the deal and pick up the car. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable, which is more than I can say for the other dealerships we tried to work with. Dave De Leon in financing was also great and helped us secure an extended 10 year/100,000 mile warranty at a great price. Our next car will most likely be another Subaru and I am looking forward to working with the team at Elk Grove Subaru again. More
