Aaron was my sales rep and Jeremy did my financing. I can’t say enough great things about both of them. Stellar service. Kind, friendly, funny and personable, I feel like I dealt with the best folks in the house. I’ve always had good experiences at this dealership, but I feel like the service this round was above and beyond. I was almost 2 hours late to my appointment and Aaron was so patient and understanding. From there, it was a breeze picking out my car. I had described what I was looking for/the color scheme and he had one waiting out front for me to test drive. The paperwork went quickly and Jeremy explained all of the packages to add on and made it easy to decide what would work best for me. It’s rare nowadays to get truly excellent customer service. I feel like I got a great deal. Huge shoutout to Aaron and Jeremy. They set the bar for greatness. 😊 Also, shoutout to Dave Deleon for getting everything set up/connecting me with Aaron. Very happy I ended up getting my car from here I had done my research and knew exactly what car I wanted. After calling and visiting every Subaru dealership in Northern California I ended up in Elk I had done my research and knew exactly what car I wanted. After calling and visiting every Subaru dealership in Northern California I ended up in Elk Grove about a 6 hr drive from my home. When I got there they had already pulled the car out that I was interested in and it was the ACTUAL car I wanted, you would not believe the xxxx some of the other dealerships tried to pull. Once I saw that it was indeed the car I wanted they were ready to make a deal. I can honestly say out of every Subaru dealership I went to/called in Northern California they had the best customer service hands downs. CS is too important today and many dealerships forget that there is really nothing else that sets them a part from the others besides that. Jason was my salesman. He was friendly and made the long process bearable. I would and am going to recommend anyone that in looking to get a Subaru to go to Elk Grove for sure. It was just an over all nice experience which you don't usually get when it comes to car buying. More
