Great Sales Woman and Finance Guy Miriah was a very sweet person. She never pressured me to buy the car. I still had a couple of weeks until the lease on my car was up and I went in on Miriah was a very sweet person. She never pressured me to buy the car. I still had a couple of weeks until the lease on my car was up and I went in one evening with my husband just to look at what they had in stock. She asked me questions, showed me the Legacys they had in stock, and let me drive one. I ended up turning in my leased car and buying a new Subaru Legacy. I like the finance guy too. He's always great and easy to get along with. I do not recommend that you speak to the managers who sit behind the glass wall. I do not like the way one spoke to me the first night I was there and I didn't like how the other one spoke to Miriah the second night I was there. One of them demanded to know what I wanted to accomplish and the other one seemed pissed at my sales lady because I forgot the second key for my leased car. They need to better control how they speak to other people. More

He answered all of our questions and made sur I went in to purchase a vehicle and got assisted by Aaron and he was phenomenal! So helpful and polite! He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood before moving on to the next topic. I sincerely felt as if he was going 110% above and beyond for us. He was very clear about our options and stayed with us until the deal was closed. I have been fortunate enough to be able to but multiple cars from other dealerships but Aaron has presented me with the best customer service I have received. I certainly will be recommending him to my family and friends. We had never sat down and discussed the differences between leasing and financing a car and Aaron sat with us and explained everything so perfectly that by the time we sat down to do the paperwork we knew exactly what was going to happen which was great! Aaron is definitely very highly recommend by me. More

Comfortable and Easy I was dealing with another dealership but I didn't feel they cared about what I was looking for. They just wanted me to take anything off the lot. So, they just let me walk out the door without trying to help. What appealed to me about Elk Grove Subaru was, Pam saying, "How can I help?" From the moment I talked to Pam, on the phone until finishing the purchase, I felt confident Pam was sincere in helping me find what I wanted at Elk Grove Subaru. Pam spent more time with me than any other representative explaining all the new software that I was completely unfamiliar with from my previous Subaru.
