FIRST CLASS CUSTUMER SERVICE & EXCELLENT TEAMWORK Came in the dealership undecided which vehicle to purchase. Pam from the internet department was very helpful and patient in letting us test drive 3 Came in the dealership undecided which vehicle to purchase. Pam from the internet department was very helpful and patient in letting us test drive 3 different models; WRX, BRZ and Legacy. She was in the middle of her lunch break when we walked in, but she helped us right away; FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. To make it more challenging for them, we choose the car in the middle of their showroom, everybody worked together to move the car out for detailing, EXCELLENT TEAMWORK from everybody. Mike from the finance department was also very helpful. We went home with the Legacy. Excellent experience overall. More

100% Customer Care I was given two quotes for the same 2018 Subaru Forrester in green. Lasher Subaru in Elk Grove was over $1200 cheaper than the Sonora Subaru deale I was given two quotes for the same 2018 Subaru Forrester in green. Lasher Subaru in Elk Grove was over $1200 cheaper than the Sonora Subaru dealer .And I had spent several hours in the Sonora office talking prices and had to talk to two different people. My daughter went online to find a better price sheet. She talked to Curtis Jare via email and he gave her a price quote on the phone for the same vehicle. We drove to Elke Grove which is two hours away and bought the car yesterday. Curtis spent an hour showing us all the features in the actual car and how to work it. He went over all the paperwork throughly and was true to the price quoted over the internet. Excellent service. More
