My husband and I recently bought a certified used tribeca and were traveling up to lake Tahoe from San Jose when we noticed that the passenger side glove box/ dash sprung a leak inside the car. Maita Subarus service gave us the standard answer that we'd have to make an apt tomorrow morning and then leave it for the day to be diagnosed. We then called elk grove Subaru and they told us to come on by. Service consultant kurtis Klima quickly diagnosed the issue by jumping in himself to figure out the problem. It turned out to be relatively a simple fix, which he did himself. We were in and out in less than an hour and now back on the road.
