The Highlander worth waiting for Our old highlander (2003) finally gave up early January. So, we went to Elk grove Toyota thinking it would be straight forward to get a new Highlande Our old highlander (2003) finally gave up early January. So, we went to Elk grove Toyota thinking it would be straight forward to get a new Highlander. We soon learned that there just weren't many new Highlanders in the base model that we could afford within a 200-mile radius, and there were others in production or transit that could takes many weeks to be available for purchase. James McGaha, who was the salesperson we worked with, promised to keep trying to get one for us in the base model and a color that we could live with (not the green or blue!). Anyway, we ended up renting a car while we he kept trying. James was in constant touch, and he finally called us about 3 weeks later to deliver the good new - a 4 new 2015 silver highlander at a price we could afford. We were really happy with the customer service and would gladly recommend Elk Grove Toyota, and James McGaha in particular. More

Got a good deal on a used 2011 Prius I totalled my 2009 Prius (which I also purchased here), got a settlement from the insurance company, so I came over to EG Toyota to see if they had an I totalled my 2009 Prius (which I also purchased here), got a settlement from the insurance company, so I came over to EG Toyota to see if they had any used Priuses. They had two - the first one we checked was priced too high, and didn't have the leather seats we wanted. The second one was on another lot, so our sales associate (Lillian) agreed to go get the car and bring it back for us to check out. We were pleasantly surprised - it had everything we wanted, and more. And at a reasonable price! We sat down with her, and started the paperwork. She was nice enough to let me test-drive the car all the way to my residence so we could pick up our checkbook. It was a nice experience overall. More
