I've been taking my Sienna there for 14 years - it has over 200,000 miles on it - and it still runs great. My next new car will definitely be another Toyota Sienna. It would be nice, though, to see this Toyota dealership put a bit of thoughtfulness into their customer waiting area. It has to be the worst waiting room in all of Sacramento. I own 2 other newer cars (Mazda and Kia) and their wait rooms are well thought out, comfortable, and spaceous. So, if you're anticipating a longer wait time here, don't plan on hanging around unless you enjoy a stiff neck and back. More
