Excellent customer service I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 ye I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 years! I came in the other day for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Not honest We have a rear view mirror that we accidentally.knocked off and needs replaced on our Camry. Sales parts dept. Is saying it will cost this much to replace and when he called again his quote was even more $$$$. He won't come to the point with a final price and hasn't even tried to contact us when we try to call him. It's so hard to deal with Service at this point. We are coming to a dead end. I have my little kids that I drive in the Camry and no one cares at the Service Dept. Especially with the person we are dealing with. More
