I have used Elk Grove Toyota service for more than 10 years and I have always been very satisfied. The service staff are friendly. They take the time to understand and respond to my questions. They have been very good about informing me of potential mechanical problems with my Rav4, yet they never push me to have work done that is not necessary. During my last visit, I was waiting for my car, and I saw Mr. Martin Brown talking with another customer. They were standing six feet from me, so I could not help but hear the conversation. An elderly lady had come in specifically to thank Mr. Brown for his "kindness and great service". I was really impressed not only with Mr. Brown's customer relations skills in dealing with her, but also by the customer who was appreciative enough to go out of her way to thank him. What better tribute is there for a company! More

I purchased a used Toyota Rav4 from Scott Nannini in December of 2010. The car I purchased only came with one key. This upset me I felt every car should have two keys just in case of emergency. Scott and I made several phone calls to each other trying to resolve my problem. I must say that the one thing I can say about this Dealership their employees know who to work and help a customer. Scott never gave up helping me. I can tell you the best thing this dealership can do is have Scott train new employees in how to treat a customer right! After several phone calls we finally had a plan and I came outto the dearlership on a Saturday Scott had arranged to have me key made with the help of Charles Linck. Again, Scott took great care of me and Charles helped us and my key was made in less then thirty minutes. I must say Scott was there to make sure all went well. Again I would like to thank this dealership for having such great caring employees. Trust me when I say that being a single woman it is very difficult to trust many dealerships, but this is one that I can trust. I hate taking our car to the shop. In our case, I took in our Prius because I needed to have my cell phone "paired" to the car's wireless system so that I could make calls hands-free (gotta love this feature our Prius because I needed to have my cell phone "paired" to the car's wireless system so that I could make calls hands-free (gotta love this feature). The customer service manager, a guy named Martin, was extraordinarily helpful. He made sure the job got done quickly, and he was good at explaining, in plain English, how to use this feature. Though I live roughly equal distance from three different Toyota dealers, I don't think I'd take our Prius to any place but Elk Grove (where we bought it). There are always friendly and efficient and treat me like a "regular" even though I rarely have to go there. More

A few months ago my transimission went out. I went to a private repair shop where I was told my transmission would need to be replaced for $2000. At that time, I was not in a position to spend that kind o private repair shop where I was told my transmission would need to be replaced for $2000. At that time, I was not in a position to spend that kind of money and didn't know where to turn. A co-worker recommended that I speak to Martin Brown as they had a similar problem with their Toyota that he had helped resolve. I called Martin and while it turned out he didn't work in the Service Dept, he encouraged me to bring the car in and assured me that if there was any way to repair the vehicle for less they could do it. As it turned out the transmission did not need to be replaced and Dave Famsted was able to repair it for me. Martin stayed in contact with me throughout this entire process and I cannot be more grateful for all he and Dave did for me. While I don't live in Elk Grove, I will definitely buy my next Toyota there. More
