They have been very good about informing me of potential mechanical problems with my Rav4, yet they never push me to have work done that is not necessary. During my last visit, I was waiting for my car, and I saw Mr. Martin Brown talking with another customer. They were standing six feet from me, so I could not help but hear the conversation. An elderly lady had come in specifically to thank Mr. Brown for his "kindness and great service". I was really impressed not only with Mr. Brown's customer relations skills in dealing with her, but also by the customer who was appreciative enough to go out of her way to thank him.
