I was so impressed with the level of service at the Elk Grove Toyota service center. Really nice facility for us waiting while our cars were getting serviced. Snack, bar, tv’s, kids playroom and lots of se Grove Toyota service center. Really nice facility for us waiting while our cars were getting serviced. This is just oil change, no extra work. Express service rep should at least give name when checking in. And when car is ready should be more timely. I saw my car done and sat for 25 mins waiting to be called. Never was, I had to go to orig checking in. And when car is ready should be more timely. I saw my car done and sat for 25 mins waiting to be called. I even couldn’t imagine they are robbing the customers, please don’t buy the part from this dealer before going to this dealer for buying parts go to Toyota online and check the part you need ,you will fin please don’t buy the part from this dealer before going to this dealer for buying parts go to Toyota online and check the part you need ,you will find it very cheap,they sold some parts on me almost in double price I returned the parts I even did not open them they said if you want refund we will charge you 20%for restocking and I showed the Toyota online price the price were almost in half they told me it is business.
