They did not inflate my spare tire even though I asked twice for it. It’s a hassle to get to the underside of a Highlander to do it. I’ll have to crawl underneath now myself. However the service rep advis twice for it. It’s a hassle to get to the underside of a Highlander to do it. I’ll have to crawl underneath now myself. Great customer service! Our key fob wasn't working, and we had even changed the battery in it too. We anticipated that the key would need to be reprogrammed. Luckily, the technician decided to put in a fa we had even changed the battery in it too. We anticipated that the key would need to be reprogrammed. Luckily, the technician decided to put in a factory battery, and it worked. We were pleased our that the cost was minimal (for the battery)and not $200 or more for a new key. Toyota was honest and provided great service to us. More
