Great customer service at a reasonable price. I had 3 engine belts replaced and AC repaired because there was a leak. The cost was about half the price I was quoted at another dealership. Matt Levine was my body shop estimator, he was the best! He gave his full attention to what I had to say and explained so that I understood what would be done to repair the car. I had never been happier when I saw the finished product of my car. It looked like a new car! I think everything was done to make me happy, down to wash and use of Wheel Cleaner on tires. I highly recommend your service to others that need repairs. It did of course concern me that employees were not practicing social distancing and wearing mask among each other. More

Today was my first experience with the service departments (both at the service center and the main dealership). There is no coordination or communication, the employees were rude, and there was absolutely NO SERVICE! If you're interested in a Toyota, I strongly recommend you go to another dealership or decline all additional options and packages. More
